Chinese New Year celebrations in Birmingham A concert in Birmingham has marked the Chinese New Year. Held at the University of Birmingham’s Elgar Concert Hall, the event featured music from pianist Di Xiao, percussionist Beibei Wang, flautist Max Gittings, multi-instrumentalist Michael Skelton. There were also performances from artist Shuai Zhao, dancers Dan Du and Hangyu Zhou.
