Aston Villa midfielder Leander Dendoncker has completed a move to Napoli.
The Belgian star will join the Italian club on a loan until the end of the season.
Dendoncker joined Villa from Wolves in 2022 and made 21 appearances in his first season with the club, going on to make 15 appearances this season.
Reports suggest an optional fee to make the deal permanent at the end of the season has also been included in the deal with Napoli.
The midfielder’s departure comes in the wake of Villa’s agreement to bring in full-back Kosta Nedeljkovic.
The full-back will return to current club Red Star Belgrade until the end of the season when he will link up with Unai Emery’s side.
