The proposed transfer of Jordan Amavi from Aston Villa to Sevilla could be off, according to reports in Spain.
The Diario de Sevilla outlet is reporting that issues with the left-back’s medical could mean the deal is scrapped altogether.
The French defender had been expected to sign a long-term deal with the Spanish club.
However, the El Decano outlet says the transfer has merely been “delayed” due to issues with the player’s medical.
Amavi missed half of the 2015-16 season after suffering a knee ligament injury on France Under-21 duty.
