Aston Villa’s new manager has told supporters they have a role to play in the club’s success.
Unai Emery has replaced Steven Gerrard at Villa Park. He will begin his time at the helm with a home clash against Manchester United on Sunday (6th November).
The former Arsenal and Villarreal chief said he was keen for a lively atmosphere to push his players on.
“I’m looking forward to being there with our supporters, I’m wishing to feel them push, the atmosphere,” Emery told VillaTV.
“To play at home, for me, it’s so important to create a big atmosphere with our supporters helping us.”
