Bristol City sign defender Nathan Baker from Aston Villa

Aston Villa defender Nathan Baker has been sold to Bristol City.

The centre-back has signed a four year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Baker, who signed for Villa as a 13-year-old, made 36 appearances for Bristol City in a loan spell during the 2015-16 season.

And the Robins have now moved to secure a permanent deal for the defender, who has found himself further down the pecking order following the arrival of John Terry.
