A gin distillery in Selly Oak has been granted a premises licence by Birmingham City Council.
The Sin of Gin Limited received the go-ahead in the Licensing Subcommittee meeting yesterday (Monday 21st January).
The business joins the trend of distilleries opening in the UK, more than 199 operating distilleries have opened in the country over the last eight years, according to figures published by the Wine and Spirit Trade Association.
