Birmingham City have decided not to offer a deal to two trialists.
Bulgarian international Simeon Slavchev and Angolan full-back Eddie Afonso have now left the club after making two appearances in pre-season.
A statement from Blues said: “The club can confirm that they will not be pursuing matters further in relation to either Simeon Slavchev or Eddie Afonso.”
