Aston Villa youngster Easah Suliman scored as England won the Under 19 European Championship.
The defender opened the scoring against Portugal, before an own goal from Chelsea’s Dujon Sterling levelled the tie.
But Manchester City man Lukas Nmecha secured the title as England followed up their Under 20 World Cup victory earlier in the summer.
