Given that the last movie to be released in the franchise, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ grossed US$200m in its opening weekend in America, Disney is sure to have high hopes for Captain Marvel, especially when it features the legendary Samuel L Jackson, who said at the premiere:

“I had a lot of fun working on the film”.

Captain Marvel is based on the Marvel Comics character Carol Danvers, and was directed and written by Anna Bowden and Ryan Fleck.

Oscar-winning Actress Brie Larson stars as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel in a movie which follows her adventures as the Earth is caught in the centre of galactic conflict between two alien worlds.
