Tim Flowers is expecting a tough test when his Solihull Moors side make the trip to Maidstone United.

The Vanarama National League side are without suspended skipper Kyle Storer, but Alex Gudger is hoping to be fit after limping off against Witton Albion in the FA Cup.

Hosts Maidstone currently sit 20th in the table one 14 points – 17 behind fifth placed Moors, who will hope to leapfrog some of the sides above them with a win.

But despite the difference in league positions, Flowers isn’t taking anything for granted.

““It’s a tough place to go,” he told the Moors website. “They always get good crowds.

“They’ve got some good players and it’ll be a very tough game.”
