More than £6,200 has been raised to help look after dogs waiting to be rehomed in the Midlands.
The open day at Sunnyside Kennels was attended by more than 1,000 people.
The Coven-based kennels, which are part of Birmingham Dogs Home, threw open their doors to visitors, with attractions including a dog show, stalls and pet photography.
A spokesperson said: “It was great to see so many happy faces return with waggy tails by their side.
“We hope everyone had as much fun as we did.”
