James Shan’s Solihull Moors will take on league rivals Wrexham at Damson Park in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round.

The tie will take place on the 24th October with the winners progressing to the first round proper which will take place on the 7th November.

The two teams have already met once this season in the league, with Solihull coming out 1-0 winners thanks to a James Ball goal.

Last season was the furthest The Moors had gone in FA Cup, narrowly crashing out in the second round proper to now Championship club Rotherham United. Moors were leading 3-0 but a late serge by Rotherham saw them score 4 goals to win the tie.

In an interview with Birmingham Eastside, Solihull Moors midfielder, Joe Sbarra said: “It’s a tough draw especially since we already beat them in the league in our second game, so they will be fired up! However, the fact we’re at home, we can’t ask for anything more and hopefully we get the win and get through to the next round.”

🏆 The Moors will host @Wrexham_AFC in the fourth qualifying round of this season's @EmiratesFACup.

The tie is scheduled to be played on the weekend of Saturday 24th October.
