Aston Villa will respect Arsenal – but they won’t fear them, according to manager Dean Smith.
They travel to the Gunners on Sunday (22 September) after a frustrating 0-0 draw against ten-man West Ham on Monday night.
But despite Arsenal blowing away Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League, Smith says his side will believe in their chances of getting a win.
“Any team is beatable, we saw that with Norwich City last week,” he said.
“When you go head-to-head with anyone, you have to believe that.
“We don’t fear teams, just always respect them.”
