Birmingham City boss Garry Monk has hailed his side’s fighting spirit after they salvaged a point at Ipswich Town.
The Blues fell behind to first half goals from Jon Nolan and Matt Pennington.
But a Lukas Jutkiewicz strike early in the second period and a second from the striker on 68 minutes saw City earn a precious point.
Monk told the club website: “We showed fantastic spirit and belief to come back from 2-0 down.
“It’s not easy to come back from two goals down in any game, especially in the Championship. So, I have to give the players credit for that.:
