Family pay tribute to “one of a kind” Castle Vale man killed in motorbike crash

The family of a Castle Vale man who died in a motorbike crash have described him as a “one of a kind”.

Joshua Reece Coppinger was riding his blue Suzuki GSX-R bike when he was involved in a collision with a white Citroen Relay van on the A4091 at the junction with Salts Lane in Drayton Bassett on July 19th.

In a statement, the 25-year-old’s family said: “Joshua was our beloved, one of a kind, treasured son, brother, uncle and family member who was lucky enough to have two families – one he was born into and the other family of friends that he chose.

“Our loveable rogue, who’s infectious laugh and cheeky grin was adored by many, will be cherished forever and never forgotten.”

Anyone who saw either vehicle before or during the collision is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 224 of 19 July.
