The people of the UK yesterday voted for their parliamentary representatives for the next five years. In Birmingham, there are ten constituencies. Here is everything that you need to know about Birmingham Erdington.

2015 Result

Labour won the seat in 2015, with a total of 15,824 votes. Jack Dromey won with a 5,129 majority over Conservative Robert Alden, increasing his majority from 2010. UKIP and TUSC stood in 2015, but will not field a representative this year.

Though it is not considered wholly marginal, the percentage is within the swings sometimes seen within elections.

History
