MCM Comic Con returns to Birmingham’s NEC for what organisers say will be a show that is “bigger and better than before.”
Last year the event saw more than 27,000 visitors and the 2017 one is expected to exceed that number.
MCM Central CEO Bryan Cooney said: “It’s great to be back in the Midlands for the first Birmingham Comic Con of 2017.
“This month’s show is shaping to be bigger and better than ever, with an exciting line – up of special guests joining us this weekend.”
This year the event – which takes place on 18th and 19th March – will be headlined by Billie Piper, known for playing Doctor Who’s companion Rosie Tyler.
There will also be an appearance by Chris Barrie from Red Dwarf.
Doors open at 9am on the Saturday and 10am on the Sunday.
Tickets for the event are still available from the MCM website.
