Commuters are bracing themselves for an evening of delays as Storm Doris continues to batter Birmingham.
Winds of up to 60mph have caused a number of trains and flights to be delayed, while key roads have also been blocked.
Alum Rock Road has been temporarily closed due to a fallen tree:

All cross city line services have also been cancelled by London Midland.
A spokesperson for the train operator said: “If you have not yet started your journey, wherever possible please reconsider your travel plans.
“People can use their London Midland ticket for travel on equivalent services tomorrow.”
Flights from Birmingham Airport have also been hit by the weather.
